Team Lead Registered Nurse - PCU General - RN

About the role

The Team Lead Registered Nurse - PCU General position is responsible for overseeing a team of nurses in the Post-Cardiac Care Unit (PCU), providing clinical leadership, and ensuring patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PCU, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Evaluate and improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• At least 3 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Experience leading a team of nurses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to healthcare.

Pay
