Responsibilities
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Uphold and administer all company policies
- Train, develop, and coach non-management employees
- Perform all team positions as required
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software
- Ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor the standard of maintenance and operational delivery to maintain company standards
- Knowledge, compliance, and enforcement of dress code
- Complete or be in the process of completing team lead training
- Review, understand, and demonstrate all Team Member level policies & procedures
- Advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
- Report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management
- Monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre, including employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents
- Read and understand training materials covering harassment prevention and other regulatory compliance
- Additional duties as assigned by Theatre Management

Requirements
- At least three months of supervisory experience, or 6 months of theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or a combination thereof, or demonstrated leadership/management potential (subject to District Manager approval)
- If assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol, must be of legal age and complete any legally required state or local training, including Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy

- Language Ability: Good public speaking skills; effectively communicate in oral and written form with employees, vendors, and corporate staff; listen effectively and explain information clearly
- Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy; identify and correct errors
- Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and recommend solutions; take initiative with minimal supervision; perform under pressure
- Computer and Office Skills: Proficient with PC platforms and basic office programs (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); operate copiers and office equipment; maintain attention to detail
- Personal Skills: Interface effectively with customers, the public, and co-workers; exhibit sensitivity to others' feelings; establish goals, budget time, and set priorities
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees in accordance with Regal’s policies and applicable laws

Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly required to lift up to 75 lbs
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Pay
$16.50 per hour
