POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiting Team Lead drives quality, consistency, and high performance across the recruitment team. This role combines hands-on coaching with operational oversight, ensuring recruiters are equipped, motivated, and hitting their goals while maintaining an exceptional experience for every respondent and client.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support a team of recruiters through daily coaching, real-time feedback, and ongoing development.
- Monitor calls regularly and deliver constructive, timely performance feedback.
- Review daily production metrics to ensure team members are meeting individual and team goals.
- Maintain an active presence to proactively address blockers and keep the team productive.
- Effectively brief recruiters on new studies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TriVoca systems, supporting team members in resolving issues quickly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and how recruiting outcomes impact downstream operations.
- Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and share best practices across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environment. 1–3 years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred.
- Background: In hospitality or operations management a plus. Minimum 1 year in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required. Experience with recruitment or call center platforms. Comfortable working across multiple systems and quickly learning new tools.
