Team Lead, Private Client Services

About the role

Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is seeking a Team Lead, Private Client Services to support Advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management. The Team Lead will report directly to the SVP of Private Client Services and will lead a team of Associates while promoting best practices, evaluating performance, offering feedback, and demonstrating desired skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Private Client Services Associates in a specific market.
• Organize and lead team meetings as needed, including weekly 1:1 meetings.
• Distribute information from management to team members and collect feedback to share with Market Leaders, Wealth Managers, and Advisors.
• Reinforce the firm’s processes and procedures while promoting innovation, process improvement, and efficiency optimization.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication, processing requests, and resolving inquiries.
• Prepare for client meetings by collecting financial information, completing financial analysis, and creating presentation materials.
• Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments.
• Support the team’s overall strategy by preparing reports, marketing materials, and other documents for client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or wealth planning, with a minimum of 2 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership traits and superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while effectively communicating with the team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business environment.

Pay

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The estimated salary range is $85,000 - $110,000.
