Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee specialized or general controlling operations of a team of qualified Professionals and Coordinators, for an organizational unit assigned.
- Act as Business Partner and respond to management queries relating to the financial control environment.
- Oversee adherence to controlling standards and processes, and prevent inaccuracies in reporting by setting up processes.
- Oversee day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations including collection, collation and reporting of relevant information.
- Oversee planning, monitoring and reviews of unit's budget, and provide as well as comment on actual vs. plan reports.
- Analyze, prepare, approve and review unit's investments and expenditures and provide respective reporting.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in controlling.
- Experienced in leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a business partner to management, providing financial insights and support.
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting.
