Responsibilities

• Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site.
• Cook up the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process.
• Aid the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations.
• Drive company vehicles including vans, buses to drive sites.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to complete and pass CDL license program
• Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred
