Team Lead, Part-Time

About the role

Crocs, Inc. seeks a dynamic Team Lead to join its passionate and driven retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs core values
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches, and sharing this knowledge with consumers
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for store leadership roles
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment
• Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens

Benefits

As a Team Lead at Crocs, Inc., you will be eligible to participate in a company incentive program. The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

Pay

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
