Team Lead - Paint Department - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Team Lead coordinates and performs production activities in their respective departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in their respective departments.
• Directs the work efforts of employees in their respective departments.
• Assists in Performance Reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees.
• Tracks and assists in the write-up process for employee attendance.
• Provides backup for their department’s Manager, including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and time sheets.
• Performs job interviews for positions within their department.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:15 AM; Friday overtime required as needed.

Pay

$27.20 - $35.40 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential and $1.00 paint pay.
