About the role

As a Team Lead at Atlantis Fresh Market, you will motivate your valued team of Sales Associates in providing excellent customer service by greeting and communicating with customers, working the register, preparing the store, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
