Responsibilities

Your daily work will keep you engaged and motivated:

• Tackle Challenges: Assemble heavy-duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan-O-Grams (POGs/MODs).
• Solve Problems: Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards.
• Collaborate: Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Lead by Example: Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience (Team lead or Supervisor)
• 2–3 years in retail, warehouse, or installation environment (preferably in a travelling merchandising role)
• 1–2 years of stocking/merchandising/build work
• Blueprint / planogram experience

Travel & Requirements

• Weekly travel (500+ miles, overnight stays)
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Safety-toe shoes required

$18.00 - $19.00/hr

Schedule

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week with opportunities for overtime.
