Team Lead, Market Operations
About Carvana
Carvana sells cars with a mission to create a hassle-free way for people to buy and sell vehicles. We built a no-pressure, no-haggle online car buying experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction, saving customers time and money. Customers browse thousands of vehicles online, view full 360-degree interior and exterior images, and complete purchases digitally. Our Customer Advocates then deliver purchased vehicles to customers’ driveways using single-car haulers or meet customers at our coin-operated Vending Machines.
