About the role
Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring/training programs. The position requires strong decision-making skills and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and inventory quality
- Schedule and coordinate various operations
- Handle customer and employee experience
- Mentor and train team members
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed
- Work autonomously with a direct link to leadership
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least five years of relevant team leadership experience
- Experience with logistics management
- Ability to handle ambiguity gracefully
- Appreciation for diverse perspectives
- Skills to examine and improve processes
- Willingness to adapt to changes
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations
