About the role

Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring/training programs. The position requires strong decision-making skills and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics and inventory quality
  • Schedule and coordinate various operations
  • Handle customer and employee experience
  • Mentor and train team members
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed
  • Work autonomously with a direct link to leadership
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least five years of relevant team leadership experience
  • Experience with logistics management
  • Ability to handle ambiguity gracefully
  • Appreciation for diverse perspectives
  • Skills to examine and improve processes
  • Willingness to adapt to changes
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations
