What You'll Do Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movementLead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employeesHelp prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on scheduleSupport inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentationPartner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflowPromote our Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement This is a working team lead position without direct supervisory responsibilities. What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experiencePrevious lead or team coordination experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsForklift experience preferredBasic computer or inventory management system experienceA team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety A Schedule That Works for You Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Enjoy a consistent day-shift schedule with your evenings and weekends free!
