About the Role

As a Team Lead, you act as an extension of the Management Team by providing leadership and support during shifts. You’ll participate in training and educating new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, philosophies, standards, and operations, manage all Team Members under your supervision, and attend weekly Management Meetings. Creating a fun, positive, and energetic environment is key.

Requirements

• Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
• Great team player
• Ability to multitask
• Passionate about great food
