Team Lead, IT Software Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Team Lead, IT Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead software engineering efforts that support critical business initiatives within a manufacturing and automotive environment. The Team Lead will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape project requirements, guide execution from start to finish, and ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with broader business objectives. The position also plays an important role in using data and reporting to inform decisions, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of progress. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and manage project cycles from initiation to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy Prepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholders Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field Proven track record in delivering projects on time Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Relevant industry certifications preferred Benefits Paid time off Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
