Team Lead for the Indiana Store

About the role

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance to meet or exceed budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Handle daily bank deposits
• Maintain adequate change in registers
• Address customer and donor needs and complaints

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
• One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee
• Must pass required background checks, including:
  • Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Criminal History Check
  • Department of Human Services - FBI Fingerprints

Supervision

• Reports directly to the Store Manager
• Supervises store employees
