Team Lead - Fabrication
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Utility Operator who will be responsible for:
- Leading and directing manufacturing teams.
- Conducting daily board (huddle group) team meetings focused on area performance.
- Leading the sustainability of continuous improvement.
- Built-in-Quality Small lot presentation to the line.
- Interpreting and ensuring compliance of company policies and safety regulations.
- Recommending and implementing measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Leading group problem solving teams.
- Analyzing and resolving work problems or assisting workers in solving work problems using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) process.
- Performing activities of workers in group as a backup only.
- Maintain efficiency levels to plan AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
- Daily start-up plan preparation and execution.
- Maintain 6S throughout the shift and Operator PM checklists.
- Maintain a well-prepared absenteeism representative.
- Implement and sustain Standard work procedures and practices as a key activity---also sustain Visual Boards and Controls.
What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role

Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Over 3 years related experience.
- Must attend Anthony’s Leadership Training Course within three months of promotion or date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- AS400 experience preferred.
