Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive tradeshow programs that deliver high-impact, business-aligned results.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of more than 150 annual tradeshows, including inventory management, partner coordination, and evaluation of organizational memberships to support long-term growth.
- Manage all planning and operational components of the exhibit hall at the annual user conference, including backend logistics, vendor contracting, catering, room layout and setup, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a high-quality attendee experience.
- Build, manage, and strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure seamless and successful execution of all tradeshows.
- Oversee full project management for each event, including timelines, work-back schedules, budgets, deliverables, and task execution, while ensuring clear and consistent communication with partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 6 years of experience with program development or program management
- At least 4 years of experience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks
- Able to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Able to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently
- Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Able to travel 30% of time
