Team Lead, EFTI Professional Services

SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. · Des Moines, IA · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about SHAZAM, then "What We’re Looking For", "What You'll Do", "What You Need", "What’s In It For You". Also mention hybrid position location. Should we include "About the role" heading? The intro could be considered "About the role". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Intro about SHAZAM (mission, culture, hybrid position location). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we can use "About the role" heading for that content. - "What We’re Looking For" maybe corresponds to "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Could be "Qualifications". The bullet list under "What You Need" is requirements. - "What You'll Do" is responsibilities. - "What’s In It For You" includes benefits and culture; could be "Benefits". Also includes mission-driven company, hybrid work environment, opportunities for professional development, culture values, excellent benefits list. We should not create Pay or Schedule sections because not specified. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, we need to use

    for prose, and

    • for any list. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph(s): "SHAZAM recognizes that financial institutions build better communities, and this drives our passion to strengthen financial institutions. We are a trusted partner to our valued customers providing answers, choice, and innovation with an impeccable level of customer service – a level unmatched in the industry. And here’s the best part - we’re a national company that offers a small-company feel, a cultural balance that’s hard to come by but very real at SHAZAM. Your growth and development are top priorities and you’ll be surrounded by talented individuals and postured to make a real difference in the company. As a team member at SHAZAM, you’ll be an essential part of our mission as we work together strengthening financial institutions. This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office." That's prose. Next: "What We’re Looking For SHAZAM is looking for a Team Lead, EFTI Professional Services to provide technical expertise and project oversight for our EFTI Professional Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating project success, supporting team development, and serving as a key escalation point for internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and external partners." That's also prose describing role. Then "What You'll Do" bullet list: - Lead the daily operations of the EFTI Professional Services team, ensuring successful execution of customer projects from initiation through completion. - Assign, monitor, and review project work to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to departmental objectives and service standards. - Serve as the primary escalation point for project managers, internal teams, clients, and financial institutions, helping resolve complex issues and drive positive outcomes. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on card and processor initiatives, integrations, ISO messaging, and other complex payment technology projects. - Partner with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support product implementations, system integrations, and the rollout of new features and services. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions across multiple product and system environments. - Coach, mentor, and develop team members while helping foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. - Monitor project metrics, enforce established processes and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Then "What You Need" bullet list: - Minimum of 2 years of banking, payments, financial services, or related industry experience required. - Previous leadership or lead experience preferred, with the ability to support and guide team initiatives. - Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams. Then "What’s In It For You" includes: - A mission-driven company with a strong sense of purpose - A hybrid work environment that values flexibility and collaboration - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - A culture that values innovation, integrity, and community impact - Excellent benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; Flexible spending and health savings accounts; Life insurance and short- and long-term disability provided at no cost; Time away from work – PTO, VTO, paid parental leave, and company holidays; Educational assistance - Actual compensation is based on various factors, such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level, and is finalized at the time of offer. Then EEO boilerplate etc which we need to remove. We should not include Pay section because compensation is described but not specific numbers; but we could include a "Compensation" note? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits (list). So we can have Benefits section. Compensation is vague but we could include as part of Benefits? Probably better to include a short paragraph about compensation under Benefits or maybe a separate "Compensation" section? The instruction says only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state compensation is based on factors etc. That's still compensation info, but not a specific number. Might be okay to include a short paragraph under Benefits or maybe a separate "Compensation" section. However, to avoid risk, we could incorporate that sentence into Benefits section as part of benefits description. We need to avoid filler like "Actual compensation is based on various factors..." It's substantive, not filler. So we can include it. We need to remove EEO boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes: "SHAZAM is an equal opportunity employer, including those with disabilities or status as a protected veteran. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; ITS, Inc./SHAZAM will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa). Please be aware that SHAZAM may use an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool to assist in the review and screening of job applications for this position. The AI system is designed to help our team efficiently identify qualified candidates by identifying relevant skills and experience within submitted applications. All final hiring decisions are made by our hiring team." All that is boilerplate/legal/EEO etc. Must be removed. Thus final HTML:
