Team Lead, Data Visualization
About the Role
This is an own-it, scale-it role, not a heads-down, work-the-queue one. Prodege is moving fast, and we need a data visualization lead who looks at a messy client problem and wants to build the repeatable system behind solving it, not just push it through once. If you want a narrow lane with a fixed ticket queue and little client contact, this isn't your role. If you're the kind of person who owns complex accounts end-to-end, turns raw survey data into dashboards clients actually understand, and would rather raise the bar on how the whole team delivers than run one report at a time, this role is for you.
Prodege is a cutting-edge marketing and consumer insights platform helping leading brands, marketers, and agencies uncover answers to their business questions, acquire new customers, increase revenue, and drive brand loyalty & product adoption. Bolstered by a major investment by Blackstone in Q1 2026, Prodege looks forward to more growth and innovation.
