About the role
The Team Lead, Customer Success Manager will oversee and drive the success of the Customer Success team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure successful delivery of services to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experiences
- Train and mentor junior members of the Customer Success team
- Conduct regular check-ins with key customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
