About the role
PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Team Lead for their FOIA Initial Processing Analyst position. The ideal candidate must currently hold the role of FOIA Initial Processing Analyst on the RIDS contract, demonstrating successful performance in Winchester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and provide technical direction to FOIA Initial Processing Analysts
- Ensure compliance with unit guidelines and statement of work
- Affirm accuracy and high quality of document reviews
- Measure and report contractor production and quality assurance metrics
- Assist in reviewing metrics with Program Manager and Deputy Program
- Conduct shadow training and mentoring for new contractors
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Current Top Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Current FOIA Analyst on the RIDS contract in Winchester, VA
Qualifications
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to learn new systems and applications
- Proficiency in creating graphs, charts, and drafting technical/administrative documents
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
