Responsibilities
- Work alongside the team loading and unloading tires
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Assign work and monitor production
- Train and coach team members
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Track attendance and performance
- Communicate operational issues to management
- Hold the team accountable to production and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Warehouse, loading/unloading, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable and comfortable with physical, fast-paced work
- Must be able to lift and move tires throughout the shift
