Team Lead

About the role

This full-time position is based in Ridgeville, SC, within the Solutions division. The Team Lead oversees critical logistics and inventory operations at a datacenter, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in handling electronic components and server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, including management of shipping documents and records
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy
• Oversee and perform population of electronic components and cabling installation into server racks following diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards
• Engage in frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to build positive working relationships
• Critical thinking and analytical skills for confident decision-making
• Experience with computers
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
