Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift -- own it from open to close
• Guide, motivate, and support your team through every rush
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately
• Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment
• Run pre-shift huddles and keep communication clear
• Train and support new team members
• Hold the shop to its standards when the SM or AM is out
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts
