Team Lead - 3rd Shift - Distribution Center

Sofo Foods is looking for a hands‑on Distribution Team Lead to assist in partnering with our 3rd shift warehouse team. If you have warehouse experience, enjoy helping others succeed to be high performers, and are ready for a leadership opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Pay

Competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus an additional 3rd‑shift premium. Pay is issued weekly.

Schedule

Work schedule: Sunday–Thursday (3rd shift).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members
• Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor productivity and accuracy
• Train employees, provide coaching, and promote teamwork
• Support warehouse operations, including order selecting, receiving, and shipping, while leading by example and jumping in to assist team members whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of distribution experience
• Leadership or team training experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated and freezer environments
