Location: Chehalis, WA

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm

Pay

Hourly range: $21.50 – $30.10 per hour

Responsibilities

• Project a positive attitude, assist others as needed, and maintain excellent attendance
• Conduct daily safety audits and ensure all employees wear appropriate PPE and operate safely
• Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to foster a cohesive team environment
• Collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations
• Understand quality expectations and ensure consistent adherence to quality procedures
• Perform equipment set-up and troubleshoot all machinery and products in the department
• Assist the supervisor with daily planning and scheduling activities
• Conduct regular 5S audits to maintain department organization and tool accessibility

Requirements

• Mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery
• Experience with lock out/tag out (LOTO) procedures
• Understanding of machine guarding
• Team lead experience preferred
