About the role
The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in managing a specific area of the department, allowing the coach to concentrate more on the team members and less on day-to-day operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Ensures continuous production flow by addressing bottlenecks and implementing Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Fills in for positions as needed and identifies and resolves part and resource shortages.
- Communicates identified issues to supervisors, engineers, and managers as necessary.
- Facilitates the implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Requests non-personnel-related assistance from other departments by completing work orders and requesting engineering and SFA support.
Requirements
Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
