Bulkley Trucking is a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas, offering strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.

Responsibilities

Teams can expect:

• Earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus each driver
• Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week
• $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
• Home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options
• 90% of routes stay below I-40
• No-touch freight
• Good, consistent miles year-round

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Strong safety record
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Experience with no-touch freight
• Knowledge of I-40 routes
