Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
- Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
- Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, etc. in accordance with established budgets and financial goals.
- Execute plans and make adjustments as needed throughout plan duration using independent judgment and analysis of plan effectiveness.
- Lead store operations across both on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience.
- Manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
