Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Help establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, etc. in accordance with established budgets and financial goals.
• Execute plans and make adjustments as needed throughout plan duration using independent judgment and analysis of plan effectiveness.
• Lead the Footwear department by delivering expert product knowledge and an exceptional athlete experience focused on fit and performance.
• Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure the department is always ready to meet athlete needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
