Team Attendant, Memphis Hustle, Part-Time

Assist the Head Equipment Manager and other Team Attendants with the setup and preparation of Memphis Hustle and/or Memphis Grizzlies home games at Landers Center (Southaven, MS) and FedExForum (Memphis, TN).

Responsibilities

• Prepare courts for games
• Assist and rebound for coaches and staff prior to games
• Maintain courts and locker room areas in a neat and clean manner
• Layout equipment as needed
• Maintain equipment and supplies as required
• Assist other teams/visitors as required to promote teamwork and comply with work schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to work three hours prior to tip-off, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work on location at Landers Center, Southaven, MS, or FedExForum, Memphis, TN
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong teamwork aptitude
• Ability to work independently and coordinate & prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-starter, proactive, and highly motivated
• Must be organized
• Able to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized sports/athletic experience
• Knowledge and passion for NBA Basketball

Schedule

• Evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be available three hours prior to game tip-off
