Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective teamwork and implementation of the Teaching Family Model of Care and holistic program philosophy
• Work effectively with co-workers and the Treatment Team to address resident needs
• Model high personal values and standards for youth
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to child and teen safety

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred

Qualifications

• Sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
• Pass the Diana Screen® as part of the hiring process

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
