Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and implementation of the Teaching Family Model of Care and holistic program philosophy
- Work effectively with co-workers and the Treatment Team to address resident needs
- Model high personal values and standards for youth
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to child and teen safety
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred
Qualifications
- Sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
- Pass the Diana Screen® as part of the hiring process
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
