About the role

Impington Village College is proud to have a large and highly regarded SEND Faculty. We have students from ages 11-18 with a wide range of needs, some of which are very complex. We also have Enhanced Resource units for young people with EHCPs and more complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and teach small groups of SEND students
• Support students with SEND in their lessons
• Enable students to become independent learners and make progress
• Share expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers

• Skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress
• Ability to share expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions

Qualifications

• Relevant skills and experience in SEND education
