Teaching Assistant Of Preschool (SPED) Students - Temp

About the role

This temporary position involves paraprofessional work that requires the teacher assistant to assist the classroom teacher in performing a variety of tasks, such as emergency plans, health-related plans/services, behavioral plans and carrying out instructional procedures.

The employee must interact with students, parents, and staff in a positive manner, and work under the direct supervision of the teacher and/or building administrator, and/or appropriate Special Education Department administrator.

Duration of the assignment is dependent on program needs and availability of funding.
