This full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role is located districtwide/various in Penfield, NY and is available immediately.
Responsibilities
The Teaching Assistant supports classroom teachers by reinforcing instructional activities, working with small groups or individual students, and helping to implement lesson plans.
Requirements
NYS Teaching Assistant Certification or NYS Teacher Certification required.
Qualifications
- Full-time, 10 month probationary position
- 6.5 hour work day with .5 unpaid duty free lunch
Pay
Starting Rate $18.00
Schedule
- Penfield High School: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Bay Trail: 7:50 AM – 2:50 PM
- Elementary Schools: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
