About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the district’s educational programs and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education. This includes managing staff, developing curriculum, and collaborating with community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the district’s educational programs
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and professional development
  • Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance educational opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Engage with families and the broader community to support student success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in education administration
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
