About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the district’s educational programs and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education. This includes managing staff, developing curriculum, and collaborating with community partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of the district’s educational programs
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and professional development
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance educational opportunities
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Engage with families and the broader community to support student success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in education administration
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
