Teachers Aide

About the Role

Win is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Aide to support the daily operations of our Childcare program. Reporting to the Head Teacher, the Teacher Aide helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool‑aged children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children.
• Follow Win’s philosophy, mission, and goals for the Childcare program.
• Participate in required Childcare trainings, both onsite and offsite.
• Support a safe, healthy, culturally responsive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Adhere to all Department of Health and Mental Hygiene policies and procedures.
• Supervise the classroom in the absence of the Head Teacher.
• Assist children with meals, toileting, diapering, and hand‑washing practices.
• Perform classroom housekeeping and sanitation duties.
• Prepare learning spaces and materials for STEM and STEAM activities.
• Escort children on field trips.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Teacher.

Pay

$17.82 per hour
