Responsibilities

• Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate to foster a positive, engaging learning space.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
• Tune into children’s interests, ensure safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule including quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor play, and fine and gross motor activities.

Requirements

• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Flexible availability during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare (preferred).
• Passion for infant care and early childhood development.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.71 – $18.71. On-demand pay access via UKG Wallet.
