About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and basic nursing procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented

Pay

Competitive hourly rate: $31 - $44.40 per hour based on shift and experience.

Sign-on bonus: $6,000 for full-time, $3,000 for part-time.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
• Night Shift: 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
