Teacher - Resource Room: Special Education - Leave Replacememt (2026-27)

About the role

This is a 1.0 FTE leave replacement position for a Special Education Teacher in the Resource Program. The Resource Program serves students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), health impairments, and mild social/emotional behavioral deficits. The Resource Room provides students with specially designed instruction to be successful in general education classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction to students in the Resource Program
• Support students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), health impairments, and mild social/emotional behavioral deficits
• Help students succeed in general education classrooms through the Resource Room model

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Ability to work with students with Specific Learning Disabilities, health impairments, and mild social/emotional behavioral deficits

Pay

Salary follows the EEA Salary Schedule.
