About the role
Provide educational support to students within Dutchess County that are blind or visually impaired.
Responsibilities
- Support students in achieving their educational goals within the context of their individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with other special education teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of visually impaired students.
Qualifications
- Appropriate NYS Certification.
