About the role
BCIT is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of the subject area and effective teaching practices, foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful instruction, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families.

Requirements
- NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Mathematics (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of mathematics content and instructional methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to working with a diverse student population
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Must establish NJ residency within one year of hire
- Criminal history background check required
- Physical and drug testing required
Pay
Annual Salary Range: $65,737 – $81,313 (commensurate with education and experience). Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements.
