About the role

Responsible for delivering comprehensive social studies curriculum to students in middle and high school settings. Conducts research, prepares lesson plans, and evaluates student progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards
• Assess student understanding through quizzes, tests, and projects
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and resources
• Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching license in relevant subject area
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
