Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey Instructional or Educational Services Certification
• Holds a master's degree, preferred
• Five (5) years excellent experience in teaching and working with Multilingual students
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
• Demonstrate proficiency in Infinite Campus, Google for Education, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACCESS testing and AD-HOC reporting, NJSLA, PSAT, SAT State testing Portfolios, Pearson, College Board and Linkit
• Collect data and complete all reports required in a timely fashion
• Cookordinate and oversee all testing schedules and activity
• Ensure compliance with organizational policy, testing protocols, and applicable state regulation
• Prepare, distribute secure and inventory testing materials and equipment
• Train and support test administrators, proctors, and other personnel involved in testing
• Maintain accurate testing records, documentation and report
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child's growth, development, and academic acquisition
• Exhibits personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community
• Collaborate with child study team and the multilingual coordinator to support all students
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
