Teacher - Kindergarten: Dual Language (2026-27)
About the role
A 1.0 FTE position is available for a Teacher at Everett Public Schools.
Responsibilities
- Teach subjects aligned with the Washington State Essential Academic Learning Requirements (EALRs).
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with state standards.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records and report grades as required by law.
Requirements
- Washington State Teaching Certificate with the applicable endorsement.
- Must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
Qualifications
- Pass the ACTFL Language Proficiency Test in Spanish with an Advanced Low or higher score.
