Teacher Grade 8 Math/Perm Sub (Leave Replacement)

Qualifications

• Must hold an instructional K-6 certificate, a K-12 Mathematics certificate, or an appropriate substitute credential.
• Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA
• Effective instructional practices and strategies
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction
• Experience working with elementary students
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
• Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community
• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
• Pending budget availability
