About the role

Horace Mann Elementary is seeking a certified teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with state standards.
• Instruct students in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Mentor and support students' social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in Indiana.
• At least two years of successful teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current educational technology tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and community partners.

Pay
