Responsibilities

• Care for children in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's needs, and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements, including education and certifications.
• Able to work indoors and/or outdoors, and engage in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
