Responsibilities

• Care for children in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's needs, and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences for children.
• Participate in extensive training to gain insights into child care, preschool, and development topics.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements, including education and physical activity.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and interact with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Skills

• Caring and attentive to children's needs.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children's development.
• Effective communication skills with families.
• Knowledge of child care, preschool, and development topics.
